Paris and Stockholm

Have you ever visited Paris or Stockholm?

Paris and Stockholm are very beautiful cities so many people hope to travel abroad in order to visit those large cities. They try to know some information about them to choose the best one to visit. Paris and Stockholm have things in common, but they also have some differences such as location, population and weather.   

            There are some similarities between Paris and Stockholm. The first thing is that Paris became the capital of its country and Stockholm did too. The second thing is that the two cities are very old. To illustrate, Paris was founded by the Romans. It was renamed Paris in the 5 th century. In addition, Stockholm dates from 13 th century. The third similarity is that both of them attract many tourists because they have lots of interesting places to visit. For instance, Paris contains” Notre Dame Cathedral”, “the Louvre museum” and lots of nice outdoor cafes where you can have delicious croissants and coffee. On the other hand, Stockholm also contains lots of museums and open spaces and places.

       There are differences between Paris and Stockholm. The first two differences are location and population. On the one hand, Paris is located on the River Seine in the north of France. It has a population of  9.93 million people in its urban area which occupies 1.200 square killometres. On the other hand, Stockholm is located by the lake ”Malaren” on the east coast of Sweden. The city population is approximately 1.2 million and it has an area of 375.25 square kilometers.  

The second difference lies in the weather. To illustrate, Paris has a mild weather. The average lowest temperature is-2 c in January and the highest average temperature is 24 c in the months of July and August. It can rain at any time in the year. The city average yearly precipitation is641.6 mm. On the contrary, the weather of Stockholm is cold in winters and warmer in summers. The average lowest temperature is -7 c. The highest average temperature is25 c in July. In addition, the annual precipitation is539 mm.

All in all, Paris and Stockholm have many advantages which encourage many people to visit them. They are considered the most beautiful regions in the world. Consequently, I hope to visit them in the future.

                                         Restaurants

               Restaurants are preferred in every where. Consequently, some of them try to attract people by providing good services. Linda's and José's restaurants are two of them. Although both of them do their best, Linda's restaurant is the best. Linda's restaurant differs from José's restaurant in its prices, services, and facilities.

               Firstly, Linda's restaurant prices differ widely from José's restaurant. Linda's prices are cheaper than José's one. For example, in Linda's restaurant, Salads cost $3.50, Sandwiches cost $4.00, Soup costs $3.00, Drinks cost $1.50, and Desserts cost $2.00. On the other hand, for José's restaurant, it is $4.50 for Salads, $4.50 for Sandwiches, $3.50 for Soup, $2.00 for Drinks and $3.00 for Desserts.

              The second difference is "SERVICES". Linda's restaurant provides more services than José's restaurant to its clients. For instance, Linda's restaurant opens from 7a.m. to 9 p.m., but José's restaurant opens from 7a.m. to 7p.m.. Moreover, Linda's restaurant offers home delivery, but José's restaurant does not yet. In addition, José's restaurant has only 2 cashiers in rush hours. In contrast, Linda's restaurant has three of them.

             The third difference is "FACILITIES". Although both of the two restaurants clean bathrooms, Linda's restaurant provides more facilities than José's restaurant. To illustrate, Linda's restaurant contains 12 tables and 48 chairs. In the contrary, José's restaurant contains 8 tables and 32 chairs. Furthermore, there are 20 parking spaces in Linda's restaurant, but there is only 10 José's restaurant. Unlike José's restaurant, Linda's restaurant has playground for kids.

            In conclusion, although both Linda's and José's restaurants present good services to attack people through there price, services, and facilities, I prefer to go to Linda's restaurant as its prices, services, and facilities are the best..  

                   

The second introductory

    Do you like eating at resturants? Ithink you will say yes. Many resturants attract people by suitable prices and good services so we like eating at it. Linda`s and Jose`s rest are good examples of these resturants. Although, there are some similarities between Linda`s and Jose`s rest,there are also many differences between them.

        Resturants are needed in any country because many people prefer to eat at them .Consequently, there are good efforts to provide better facilities in order to attract customers.Linda`s and Jose`s rest present many services for their clients .Though there are some similarities between Lind`s and Jose`s rest, there are  many differences between them.
